Our Premier Park Models (40′) have 2 bedrooms and a loft, living room, bathroom with shower, complete kitchen with cooking range, microwave, refrigerator & storage cabinets. These units sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children comfortably when using the loft area! One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has 2 full beds that are bunked. This unit has an empty loft, great for sleeping bags or blowup mattresses! Air and heat in each unit. Outside there is a wood deck, fire ring, picnic table, lawn chairs and grill. Furnished with tableware and cooking utensils. 5 people maximum. This is a weekly rental and must be booked for 7 days from Saturday-Saturday.

Please note: In an effort to keep prices low Holiday Shores will no longer be provided bedding or pillows in units. Please bring your own bedding items. Each unit’s bedding needs vary, if you have specific questions please give us a call and we can help you with what you’ll need for your stay! Towels are not provided in any park model unit, please bring your own!
